Where does The Cleaning Giants service in Canbera?
We service throughout Canberra. Manuka, Griffith, Kingston, Deakin, Barton, Red Hill and surrounding suburbs.
Are your cleaners insured?
Absolutely! Our cleaners are fully insured and vetted before they work in your home. Your peace of mind is non-negotiable for us.
Do your cleaners bring their own products and equipment?
Yes – our cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional-grade products and equipment. If you have a preferred product (such as eco-friendly alternatives), let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accomodate.
What cleaning services do you offer in Canberra?
We offer four core services: Maintenance Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, End of Lease Cleaning, and Airbnb turnover Cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most of our clients provide access details and aren’t home during the clean. We’ll always notify you when the job is done so that you can review the results.
How often should I book a maintenance clean?
Most our clients book fortnightly or monthly. Fortnightly is ideal for busy households or homes with pets. Monthly works well for smaller homes, or those that maintain tidiness between visits. We can also do weekly cleans as well!
Can I get a regular cleaner in Canberra on a recurring schedule?
Yes! We love working with clients on a regular schedule. A recurring booking means we get to know your home and maintain a consistent standard every visit. Book online at cleaninggiants.com.au/booking and select your preferred frequency.
What is the difference between a Deep Clean and a Regular Clean?
A regular maintenance clean keeps your home tidy on an ongoing basis. A deep clean is a thorough top-to-bottom clean that gets into areas a standard clean doesn’t cover – skirting boards, built up grime, neglected corners and more.
Can you guarantee my bond back with your End of Lease Clean?
Yes we can. If there are any cleaning-related issues, lets us know within 72 hours of the clean and we will return to fix them free of charge.
How much notice do you need for an End of Lease Clean?
We recommend booking as early as possible – ideally 3-5 days before your vacate date. Contact us as soon as you know your move-out date and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. However, there is a $50 cancellation fee if it’s within 24 hours of the booking.
What if I'm not happy with my clean?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If anything isn’t up to standard, contact us promptly and we’ll make it right!
