Bathrooms
- Grout scrub disinfecting shower, bathtub and tiles
- Clean and disinfect toilet (inside, outside, and behind the base)
- Clean vanity, sinks, mirrors, and taps
- Clean inside of bathroom cabinets and drawers
- Remove soap scum and hard water stains
- Wipe and spot clean stains on walls
- Sweep and mop floor, including baseboards

- Full oven detail, racks and trays
- Degrease the stovetop, range hood, and filters
- Clean sink and tap
- Clean and disinfect all countertops, surfaces, and backsplash
- Wipe all kitchen baseboards
- Vacuum and mop behind and under movable appliances (fridge, oven)
- Sweep and mop floor, including edges and corners
- Clean inside of all cabinets and drawers
Bedrooms and living areas
- Dust all surfaces: furniture, shelves, vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans

- Vacuum carpets and along baseboards

End of lease Cleaning FAQs
Can you guarantee my bond back?
Absolutely. If your agent flags any cleaning issue on the first inspection, we come back within 72 hours and re-clean the area at no cost. Damage, repairs and pest control are separate to cleaning.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes. Move in and move out cleans are priced for empty homes so we can reach every cabinet, closet, and corner. If furniture is staying, ask us about a deep clean instead.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. Most clients leave a key in the lockbox or with the agent. We can coordinate directly with your property manager if that is easier.
